Make sure to enter the account number provided to you by your Columbia Musculoskeletal Surgery Center patient representative.

If you are unable to pay the patient responsibility estimate in full prior to/on the date of service, please contact us directly: 573-256-0235. A Columbia Musculoskeletal Surgery Center patient representative can assist you in setting up a payment plan prior to/on the date of service.
